About

A closed-loop agentic platform. We start companies on it.

We could have sold the loop. We form companies on it instead, stay until they run, and investors buy that company — not a piece of Midwest.

The opening is in industries that never got a real software operator — regulated, buried in documents, split across a thousand small shops, where the cost of the work still climbs with every transaction. We form the company on the closed loop we already operate. When the seat fills, we keep the loop, so the next company does not start from zero.

Midwest is carried by its founders. Money is raised into the companies, by the companies, from people buying that company. We only build for companies we started. The people at the table from the beginning are owners. That part does not change.
