The next company
Bring the industry.
You live in a place with rules, or a number large enough to matter. If it holds, we form a company on the closed loop — not a project, not a retainer.
What has to hold
Rules in the path
A regulator, an auditor, or a court sits downstream of the work. That is what keeps a general-purpose tool out.
A number that can carry a company
The pool of operating spend has to justify forming one. A large market with none of the rules is not our problem to solve.
If it holds, we start it.
First code, first sale, the loop underneath. When the company can stand, the seat fills. Investors buy that company. We do not take a consulting brief and go home.
If it does not hold, we say so. That is the whole ask.
